Common questions
- How do I start with MFit?Install the app and answer twelve questions. Once MFit knows your goal, your experience, the equipment you have and your health, your week is planned on the spot. You can do your first session as a guest; adding your phone number keeps your progress and opens the rest of the plan.
- How much does MFit cost?Training plans, the exercise library and progress tracking are free. Detailed food planning and unlimited AI coaching are paid. A human coach sets their own price, and you see it on their page before you commit to anything.
- Does MFit know Mongolian food?Yes. The food database is built around buuz, khuushuur, tsuivan, bantan, suutei tsai and borts, with calories and macros worked out from the recipes rather than guessed from a Western equivalent. Packaged products can be added by scanning their barcode.
- Can I train without a gym?Yes. Answer "at home" and your program is built from what you have — body weight, a resistance band, dumbbells, a chair. No movement that needs a gym will appear. Running, walking and yoga are planned as fully as any gym program.
- Where is my health data stored?Health data and chats are processed and stored in Mongolia. Anything that leaves the country is de-identified, or sent only with your consent. You can download or delete your data whenever you want.
- How do I choose the right coach?Filter the directory by goal, specialty and language. Every coach's page shows how they work, their credentials, their price range, a sample week and how quickly they usually reply. Some offer a free fifteen-minute intro call before you commit.
- Does MFit work with my watch, Apple Health or Health Connect?Yes. MFit reads heart rate, HRV, sleep and steps from Apple Health and Health Connect. That data can only make a session easier, never harder. You can disconnect it at any time.
- How do I keep training through the winter?MFit watches the weather: on a day that is too cold, or when air pollution is high, an outdoor run is swapped for an indoor equivalent. Winter food suggestions account for scarce fresh vegetables and put protein and vitamin D sources into what is actually available.
