Does MFit know Mongolian food?

Yes. The food database is built around buuz, khuushuur, tsuivan, bantan, suutei tsai and borts, with calories and macros worked out from the recipes rather than guessed from a Western equivalent. Packaged products can be added by scanning their barcode.

How to log a portion

In portions you would actually say, not grams: three buuz, a bowl of tsuivan, half a khuushuur. The engine converts those to weight using the recipe.

Save a household recipe once and add it again in one tap.

Season and availability

Suggestions account for the season: fresh vegetables are scarce and expensive in winter, so what MFit proposes is something you can actually buy.

A traditional diet built on meat and dairy is not treated as a mistake — your protein is counted from it.
