Eating support
If thoughts about food, weight or your body are weighing on your everyday life, you are not alone. Asking for help is the right step.
In an emergency
If you have thoughts of harming yourself, faint, have a racing heart or feel very weak, call for emergency help.
What you can do now
- See your family doctor and talk about your eating and weight changes. They can refer you to a psychiatrist or dietitian.
- Psychiatrists at the National Center for Mental Health (Ulaanbaatar) and at district health centers diagnose and treat eating disorders.
- Tell someone you trust — family, a friend, a teacher or a coach — how you are feeling.
- It is fine to pause daily weighing and calorie counting. The MFit app continues in a supportive mode without calorie numbers.
In the MFit app
Based on your answers, the app hides weight-loss goals and calorie numbers and focuses on the positive side of food and movement. It does not replace a doctor's diagnosis.
